1 box frozen broccoli spears
8 oz cooked chicken
1/3 c light mayonnaise
1 c milk
2 tbsp flour
1 pkg chicken broth mix (bouillon)
4 oz grated cheddar, divided
1/8 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp lemon juice
1 slice toast

Directions:
Directions:
Put the frozen broccoli in a casserole. Top with cooked chicken. In small pan, mix mayonnaise, milk, flour, and chicken broth mix and cook until thickened. To the mixture add 2 oz grated cheddar, the curry powder and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Top with another 2 oz shredded cheddar. Crumble the toast into crumbs and sprinkle over the top. Bake 50 min at 325
