BISCUITS
1 cup butter
1 cup SR Flour
1 cup Cornflour
1/2 cup icing sugar
pinch salt

ICING
1 cup icing sugar
2 oz butter (1 tabsp)
1 tsp vanilla
a few drops of pink food colouring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and icing sugar well, add sifted flour and cornflour, mix well. Shape into small balls (walnut size), flatten with a fork then bake on greased tray for 20 mins at 160C. Leave on tray for 15 minutes, when cool join together with icing mixture. (Cream all icing mixture ingredients together until smooth)
