125g butter 1 1/4 cups Castor Sugar 2 Eggs 1 3/4 cups SR Flour 1/2 tsp bicarb soda 1/2 cup coco 1 1/2 cup milk
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until mixture is smooth and changed in colour. Spread mixture into a greased 21cm tin and bake in a moderate oven for 40mins - 1hr. Allow 5 minutes before turning cake out onto rack and allow to cool. Ice with Chocolate icing.
