1 yellow cake mix
1-16 oz. can of crushed pineapple
1-16 oz. can of cherry pie filling
2 c. of coconut
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9X13 cake pan, sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Spread out crushed pineapple and cherry pie filling. Top off with dry cake mix. Melt butter in small sauce pan and pour over entire top of dry mix. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
