1 pkg. of Eckrich Sausage
6 small potatoes
1 lb. of baby carrots
1 medium onion
1 lb. of cabbage
1 can green beans or frozen green beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes into chunks, wedge cabbage into size desired, slice onion into wedges, and cut sausage into bite size pieces. Place all ingredients into large skillet. Fill water up to top of vegetables. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer until ready. Stew is done when potatoes and carrots are cooked. Serve with corn bread and butter.
