4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. butter flavored shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 large egg
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening with fork until crumbly. In separate bowl mix vinegar, egg, and water. Combine with flour mixture until ingredients are moistened. Divide into 5 balls. May refrigerate for 3 days or freeze.
