2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup orange juice and rind
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in orange juice, rind, and egg until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out to cool completely.
