1 cross rib or sirloin tip roast
8 -10 potatoes cut diagonally
small bag whole carrots
3 ribs celery cut diagonally
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200. Spray bottom of pan with oil. Place roast in pan and add 2 cups of water. Add dry soup mix over roast. Cover and bake for 8 hours. One hour before serving, add vegetables and increase temperature to 350.
