1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs beaten
1 12 oz can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together well. Add to pumpkin. Add eggs and milk and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes more or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
