5 lb. beef brisket 1 can Coke (not diet) 1 jar chili sauce 1 pack dry Lipton onion soup mix
Combine Coke, chili sauce and soup. Pour over brisket in baking pan. cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes per pound. Refrigerate overnight. Remove fat from meat and sauce. Discard fat; slice meat thin. Pour sauce over meat and serve.
