4--8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
10 oz. sour cream
1 package Pepperidge Farms Bordeaux Cookies
2 tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the cookies into fine pieces by placing them in a large ziplock bag, and pounding them till fine. (or place them in a food processor). Mix with melted butter and place in a spring form pan, patting the mixture evenly on the bottom and partially up the side.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla. Blend in the sour cream till thoroughly mixed. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Cool in the oven for an hour with the oven door open. Remove and let it sit for 1 hour. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
