1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef, 1 large chopped Onion, 1 clove Garlic, 1-4oz. jar chopped jalapenos, 1 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper, 12 Corn tortillas, 1-28oz. can Red Chili Sauce, 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is done. Drain. Stir in jalapenos, salt and pepper. In a crock pot place 1/3 of the tortillas over bottom of pot. top with half of beef mixture, half of chili sauce, and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layer once, Top with remaining tortillas and another 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with pinto or black beans on the side and spanish rice.
