4 large Vidalia onions
1 stick margarine
1 can chicken broth
2 tablespoons flour mixed with broth
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions, separate rings, saute until limp, not brown, in 3/4 stick margarine. Reserve 1/4 stick margarine to moisten the bread crumbs for topping.
Mix all ingredients together, pour into a 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Cover with bread crumbs moistened with reserved melted margarine.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
