Cucumbers, 3 cups Water & Vinegar, 6 T. Pickling Salt, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 T. Mustard Seed, 1 clove Garlic, 1 twig Dill Weed, 1/4 tsp. crushed Rep Pepper, 1/4 tsp. Cayene Pepper Put this amount in each jar.

Put bay leaf, mustard seed, garlic, dill weed, red pepper, cayenne pepper in each jar. Pack cucumbers in jar. Bring brine of water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Pour over cucumbers. Heat the lids in boiling water. Put lids onth jars and rings. In a big pot bring water to a boil, place jars of cucumbers in hot water, boil for 20 minutes. Ready around 6 weeks.
