1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix. 1 -3.4oz.pkg. Chocolate instant pudding and pie filling, 1 cup Milk, 1/2 cup Sour Cream, 4 Eggs, 1 cup chopped Walnuts, 2 cups Chocolate Chips. GLAZE: 1 bar Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar, 3 T. Butter, 2-3 T. Water, 1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, sour cream and eggs in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed just until blended. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in choc. chips and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. For glaze melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar alternately with water until of desired consistency. Stir in vanilla. Pour glaze over cake.
