1 cup Flour, 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp. Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 3 Eggs, 1 cup Sugar, 1/3 cup Water, 1 tsp. Vanilla, Cream Filling: 1 cup Whip Cream, 1 T. instant Coffee, 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Butter Frosting: 4 T. Butter, 2 squares Unsweetened Chocolate, 2 cups Powdered Sugar, 1/4 cup Milk, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Grease jelly-roll pan 15X10X1; line with waxed paper that has been cut 1/2 inch smaller than pan, grease wax paper. Mix together in bowl, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl beat eggs until thick and creamy , beat in sugar, Stir in water and vanilla. Fold in flour mixture. Spread batter evenly in prepared jelly-roll pan. Bake at 375 12-15 minutes. Take out of oven and cut around cake about 1/4 inch from edge of pan with a sharp knife. Invert pan onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar. Peel off wax paper. Starting at long side roll up cake, wrap in towel. cool completely on wire rack. Unroll cake carefully. Spread with filling. Reroll. Place on serving plate. Frost with chocolate butter frosting.
