2 large potatoes, sliced
2 or 3 carrots, sliced, or use a cup of baby carrots
1 cup frozen peas
2 onions, sliced
2 stalks of celery, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned & drained
1 10 oz. can tomato soup
1 10 oz. can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Place layers of vegetables in the order given in crockpot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the browned ground beef on top. Mix the tomato soup with the can of water and pour over all. Cover and set to low or 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
