1 lb. bulk Pork Sausage, 1 cup sliced Celery, 1 cup chopped Onion, 1/2 tsp Thyme & Salt, 2 T. Flour, 1-14oz can Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup Water, 4 medium Potatoes diced, 1 cup Milk, 2 cup Green Beans, chopped Parsley

In skillet, brown sausage. Set aside. Drain off all but 1 T. drippings, saute celery, onion, thyme and salt until onion is tender. Stir in flour. cook 1 minute. Slowly add broth and water until it comes to a boil. Add potatoes, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Allow soup to cool. Puree 2 cups of soup in blender. Return to kettle. Add milk, beans and sausage. Heat through. Garnish with parsley.
