Ingredients:  
1 Can of Chicken Chunks (packed in water) drained
1 can of pineapple tidbits drained
1/2 cup of raisins (add as many as you want)
1/2 cup of pecan pieces
1 nice red apple cut into chunks and soaked in lemon juice
Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and cool in the fridge.
Serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad; on crackers as an appetizer; on rolls as a sandwich. I have also added sliced grapes and coconut - that is good, too!
