1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can mushroom gravy
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil; drain and set aside. Combine gravy, tomato juice, water and onion soup mix in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add beef and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside. Arrange potatoes in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan; pour beef mixture on top/ Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
