8 eggs
1 t salt, 1/4 t pepper
2 c whole milk
1 T fresh Tarragon, 1/2 t dried
1/4 t paprika
6 oz Jack or medium cheddar cheese
6 oz asiago
4 asiago or plain bagels

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bagels into thin rounds or slices. Combine cheeses. Alternately layer bagels and cheese into greased 2 qt souffle pan or 13X9X2. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, milk and spices and pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350*, uncovered, for 1 hour.
