3 cans beets (regular) sliced or whole
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar (5% acidity)
1 cup beet juice
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beets and save the juice. Bring to a boil sugar, vinegar, 1 cup beet juice, and salt. Add beets and bring to a boil again. Pack beets in sterlized jars. Cover with liquid and seal.
