2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 small can pumpkin OR 2 c. mashed bananas

Icing:
1-4oz cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar (3 3/4 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 11' X 13" or 2- 9" X13" pans. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool. Mix icing ingredients together until smooth and put on cake.
