2 cups Water, 1 cup Quick cooking Oats, 3 T. Butter, 1/3 cup water, 2/3 cup Brown Sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 1/2 T. Yeast, 5 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 cups water, add the oats, cook 1 minute, take off heat add the 3 T. butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir together until mixed. Add yeast, let cool. Stir in 3 cups flour. turn out onto counter add 2 more cups flour. Kead for 6-8 minutes. Add a little more flour if needed to make a soft dough and keep from sticking. Put back in bowl that has been whiped with a little oil. Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. Then punch down and make little rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
