2 cups Corn fresh or frozen, 1 Avocado cut into 1/2 inch cubes, 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved, 1/2 cup finely diced Red Onion, Dressing: 2 T. Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp. grated Lime Zest, 1 T. fresh Lime Juice, 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro, Salt and Pepper

Combine the corn, avocado, tomatoes and onion in large glass bowl. Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad, toss and chill for an hour.
