1 lb. pkg. frozen peas, blanched
1 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
2 tbsp. onion, minced
4 tbsp. mayo or salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and cool. Gently combine all ingredients; cover and chill until serving.
