6 Tbls Flour
1 cup of sugar
6 Tbls Pineapple juice
2 (20 oz.) cans of Chunked Pineapple
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, melted
14-16 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together in a pyrex dish-9x12. Take the 6 Tbls of juice out of the can of pineapple and mix with the flour and sugar mixture. Drain the rest of the juice. Add in the Pineapple, cheese and mix together. Pour butter over all of it. (I use a fork and stick it in all over so that the butter goes inside) Before cooking, add Ritz on top.
