3 eggs pinch salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda all purpose flour
Mix the eggs and enough flour to make it possible to roll out mixture with ease. Roll thinner than pie crust. Let dry partially and then roll up loosely in jell-roll fashion. Slice in desired thicknesses. Spread out and allow to dry as long as you wish. Cook in boiling water or broth with a pinch of salt added. Use in any pasta dish you desire.
