6 to 8 boiled potatoes, sliced or diced
2 slices bacon
4 onions, diced
8 Tbls vinegar
8 Tbls bacon fat
8 tsp. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbls dill
1 Tbls parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, add onion and cook until soft. In a separate sauce pot, add vinegar, bacon fat, and water . Bring to a boil.

Pour vinegar mixture over potatoes. Add bacon and onions then gently toss
Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
