9 in unbaked pie crust
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
6 medium peaches peeled and quartered
2 tbsp butter and marg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over unbaked pie crust.
Top with fresh peaches, arranged in single layer, close together. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top. Dot with butter. Bake in hot (400) oven 45 to 60 min until juices thicken and crust is light brown. Serve warm or cold.
