2 Tablespoons of Butter
1/2 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
1/2 Cup of Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 Cup of Dry White Wine
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 Pound of White Crabmeat
16 Ounces of Fettuccine, Cooked Al Dente

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and sauté onions and mushrooms. Sauté one minute, then add garlic and wine. Cook until almost all liquid has evaporated.
Add cream, salt, and pepper. Allow to reduce over high heat for one or two minutes, until the sauce is noticeably thicker. Add crab meat and cook for another minute, agitating the pan to mix the ingredients. Remove from pan. Add cooked, drained fettuccine and toss with sauce. Divide among plates.
