1 c. Celery (Chopped)
1/2 c. Onion (Minced)
1/4 lb. (1 stick) Butter or 2 tbsp. Oil
1 Package frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 or 2 c. Rice (Cooked)
1 Small can of milk
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ celery and onion with butter or oil until translucent. Cook frozen broccoli approximately 5 minutes, drain. Add broccoli to celery and onion mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In separate bowl, combine rice, can of milk, cream of mushroom soup and cheese whiz. Mix until combined. Add broccoli mixture and fold together. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 325║.
