3 cups diced cooked ham
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olives
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips; place in 8 x 2 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake in 400 oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
