1 cup flour 1 cup milk 1/2 cup lukewarm water 4 large eggs 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter 1/4 tsp. salt 3 TB sugar
Cover batter and let stand for 30 minutes (can be refrigerated for 2 days).
To cook: heat a pan over medium/low heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray and place approximately 1/4 cup batter in the pan. Allow one side to turn golden brown and flip. Cook other side until golden brown.
Fill with your favorite toppings such as butter and sugar, jam, fresh fruit, or whipped cream. Fold corners of crepe in and enjoy.
