3 cans Fiesta canned corn
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. grated cheese ( I use Monterrey Jack and Cheddar combo)

(Use the following to season to taste: salt, pepper, chopped jalapeņos and garlic powder.)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with Fritos.
