2-3 cups sliced red and yellow tomatoes
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
1 green pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1-2 tsp sugar (depending on sweetness of your vinegar)
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

1.) Prepare vegetables, feeling free to play around with vegetables used.
2.) Prepare dressing. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3.) Drizzle dressing over vegetables and chopped basil, stir to coat.
