1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 egg
1 small pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in corn. Add muffin mix. Put in well greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
