Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 TB butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 TB unsweetened cocoa



Filling:
1 cup whipping cream
8 oz. sweet baking chocolate, broken in pieces
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla






Topping:
1 cup whipping cream
2 TB unsweetened cocoa
2 TB powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chocolate curls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

For Crust: Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press mixture onto bottom and part way up sides of 9" springform pan. Bake 10 min. Cool on wire rack while preparing filling.

For Filling: Combine whipping cream & chocolate in small heavy saucepan. Heat over low heat until chocolate melts stirring frequently. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese & sugar in lg. mixing bowl until light & fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Beat in chocolate mixture, sour cream & vanilla. Pour into baked crust. Bake 65-70 min. or until outer 2" of cake are firm & center still moves slightly. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate several hours.

For Topping: Combine whipping cream, cocoa, sugar & vanilla in small bowl. Refrigerate 30 min.

To Serve: Place springform pan on serving plate. Carefully remove sides of pan. Beat cream mixture until stiff peaks form. Pipe whipped cream through a pastry tube fitted with a fluted tip onto cake. Garnish with chocolate curls.
