1 cup butter, 1/3 cup Whip Cream, 2 cups Flour, Creamy butter Fillling:1/4 cup soft Butter, 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar, 1 Egg Yolk, 1 tsp. Vanilla, Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream and flour thoroughly. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough out on floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds or smaller. Prick top with a fork. Bake at 375 for only 6-7 minutes. Cool. Make frosting and frost one cookie and top with another to make a small cookie sandwhich.
