1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onions, minced
1-1/2 tsp,. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
3 T. salad oil
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Brown beef and onions together, then add salt, pepper, onion, salt, garlic salt and water. Simmer about 10 minutes. Dough: Combine yeast and water to dissolve. Then add oil, sugar, and salt to yeast. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Knead well until smooth and elastic. Divide into 12 portions. Cover and let rise for 5 minutes. Roll each into 5-inch rounds. Spoon approximately 1/4 c. of meat and 2-3 T. cheese on each round. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until browned. Brush with melted butter.
