3 lb. ground beef
1 to 2 onions, finely chopped (optional)
2 (8oz. each) cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
14 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet. Pour into a colander and rinse. Place meat in a slow cooker. Add onions, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, pepper, and garlic powder; stir thoroughly. Cover slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours, or on high setting for 3-4 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
