3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tart green apples
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 chopped pitted dates*
1/3 c. mayo
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 TB. lemon juice

Directions:
Cook and shred the chicken. Mix dressing ingredients together, set aside. Mix all salad ingredients and the dressing together and toss. Refridgerate until serving.
