2-10oz. pkg. Vanilla or White Chips, 12 oz. White Candy coating, 1 1/4 cups Dried Cherries, 1 1/4 cups chopped Pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 15 X 10 pan with foil. Set aside. Melt chips and candy coating in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Stir in the cherries and the pistachios. Spread into the pan. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Break into pieces. Any size. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

I substitute dried cranberries for the cherries sometimes. I have also put in dried blueberries with the cherries before. This is a great holiday recipe.
