1 Pie Crust(freshly made or frozen), 3/4 cup Pesto Sauce, 1 cup Sundried Tomatoes, 1 cup Goat Cheese, 3/4 cup toasted Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pie crust thin into a 18 X 9 inch rectangular. Spread crust with pesto. Then put tomatoes over top the pesto followed by the goat cheese and then the pine nuts. Roll up from the long side. Seal the edge real good. Slice into 1 inch slices, Lay on a cookie sheet and cook until the pie crust is light golden brown.
