1 C rice
1 T oil
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 can (small) tomato sauce
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp Knorr Suiza chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in oil with green pepper. Add tomato sauce. Mix together. Add water and spices. Cook on high, covered, for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes more (still covered). Turn off heat and let stand until done (about 15 minutes).
