1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 T grated onion
1 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 thin ham slices
4 thin cheese slices
Toasted hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Make 8 thin hamburger patties. Seal a slice of ham and cheese between 2 meat patties. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted bun.
