2 c. warm water
2 T. sugar
2 T. dry yeast or 4 T. fresh yeast
1 t. salt
4 Whole eggs
4 c. flour
3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey or powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/4 c. warm water and sugar in a bowl. Mix until sugar dissolves and add yeast. Let soak for 5 minutes then add rest of water, salt and eggs. Stir until foamy. Add flour little by little, stir by hand until it is more watery than dry.
Let dough rise to double in size. When dough looks like it is about to sink in the middle it is time to fry. Move dough from the sides and press to the middle.
Use about 1 T. of dough. Put in hot oil and let brown. Let cool and cover with honey or powdered sugar.
