1 lg. pkg. caramels
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring caramels, butter and evaporated milk to a full boil until caramels are melted. Mix cake mix according to pkg. directions. Pour 1/2 batter in greased and lightly floured 9x13" pan. Bake 15 min. Pour caramel mixture over baked cake. Layer chocolate chips and nuts over caramel. Pour remaining cake batter on top & bake 20 min. Bake at 350.
