Meatballs
1can evaporated milk
3 pounds ground beef
2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup chopped onions
teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons powder
2 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
Sauce
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon liquid smoke
teaspoon garlic powder
cup chopped onion
Makes 80 meat balls.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape. Put on pan. BBQ sauce can put on now and baked or when meat balls are 10 minutes from being done. Matt and Dee keep the meat balls and sauce separate so they can freeze the meat ball and heat a few at a time and use the sauce as needed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
