2 pounds hamburger
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 pound cottage cheese
3 cups wide noodles (uncooked)
1 tsp. Basil leaves
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound can stewed tomatoes
1 cup (8 oz) meat sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat till brown in large skillet. Sprinkle pkg spaghetti mix over meat. Spoon cottage cheese over meat. Top with noodles. Sprinkle with rest of spaghetti mix, seasoning and salt. Pour tomatoes and sauces into mixture. Add 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are done. Put mozarella cheese on top, cover and simmer for 5 minutes more.

Mary brought this to the Henderson Reunion. You can start it before Church and when you arrive home it is done. Also since it is all "made" in the skillet it cuts down on time and dirty dishes
